Have lived now in the Austin area for over 15 years.  Have lived in both south and north Austin and have seen many changes over the past 15 years.  Would have to say Austin is a great place to live, only took me one visit to downtown and then to the Oasis for lunch to decide this was the place to live for me.  After spending 10 years in the auto industry in sales and Management, have really taking a liking to becoming a Real Estate Consultant.  With my knowledge of the area and many of the great neighborhoods it is fairly easy to help clients find the perfect home and location to live in and around Austin.  Downtown Austin has the Capitol, University of Texas, plenty of great restaurants and entertainment, there is Lake Travis and Lake Austin close by, and if you like to golf Austin has some of the finest to offer.  I credit my success in Real Estate basically by just being me, being upfront with my clients about the good, the bad, or the ugly in every aspect, and the open communication I have with my clients that keeps them informed and on top of every aspect of the buying and selling process.  There is nothing more enjoyable then handing a seller their check at closing and the keys to a client that just found the perfect home and lifestyle.  Of course I must thank all my clients who have introduced me to others to help them with their real estate needs and for not keeping me a secret.  My #1 priority when being introduced to a new client is to find out what is most important to them about either the sale of their home or the purchase of a new home.  When contacting me let me know what is most important to you in your next Real Estate endeavor.
